Phillip-Michael Scales
Phillip-Michael was born in Michigan, forged in Chicago, and now lives in Nashville, TN. He grew up with B.B. King calling him “nephew” and calls his music "Dive Bar Soul," a blend of Indie Rock storytelling and the passion of the blues. In 2022, he caught the attention of Ellen Degeneres who invited him to perform on her final season. This summer he will be opening for legendary Blues artist Keb’ Mo’ while releasing singles from his second LP “Good To Be Here” produced by GRAMMY nominated Producer, Dan Knobler (Allison Russell, Lake Street Dive, Bahamas).
